I was having difficulty living in my home due extensive water damage. I noticed an advertisement in the local paper where a company offered to buy homes for any situation and any condition. I decided to give them call. The company is ‘We Buy Homes (BC) Inc. I spoke to one partner who was very cordial and a meeting was set up for a couple of days later. He made an inspection and gave a preliminary estimate and he said he would discuss it with his partners.
A few days later, the partners did a thorough inspection and we agreed on a fair price and the closing date was for March 2014. My affairs were wrapped up quicker than expected, and I asked if they could close a month sooner than previously agreed. They were flexible and more than happy to accommodate my request.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the similar situation. The partners were fair and straight forward in their discussion with me.
