No.  We only buy residential real estates (condos, townhomes and houses) that are freehold.

 

Do you buy mobile homes?

Yes.  We buy mobile homes with land. We do not buy mobile homes on rental pad.

What about “Rent-to-Own” or “Lease-to-Own”—do you do that as well?
